UA: SEA/SFO/IND 6060 mi $274

  • This is good with any one night - in fact may not require an overnight, but couldn't fit it into one day via SFO. Should be good for 12,120 EQM for $274.

  • SEA-SFO-JFK is usually quite cheap (I did it for $218 last weekend) and generates just under 6500 miles before bonus miles and EQMs. Only bad part is you have to do the long hauls on a 767-200.


  • Can somone help with a 6000 mile run out of iad/dca. Need the 12k to get 1K. Pretty much open to any itin with no minimum stay and prefer weekday (I have plenty of leave I need to burn). Thanks.

    I've been looking over the current fares from IAD to Europe ($310 to CDG; ~7500 mi.) plus jaunts to San Juan (~$280; 4300 or so mi.)where you can lay on the beach and revel in your '04 benes. Both may require a min stay however and are over weekends as I've priced them.


  • Mileage looks to be about 3025 each way. 6050 RT.
    To get to your 12120 EQM are you using the double eqm promo from UA?


  • brucemcal: Nov 22-23 I'm doing a similar run "in reverse" IND-ORD-LAX-SFO-PDX-SEA.
    Saturday night stay, but don't remember the fare. Next time you stop in IND for longer than 45 minutes give a yell.

    Haven't tried other routings. This was just the first 14 day advance Tuesday. Even with pretty close connection times, it still takes 21 hours, so don't think you can do it in one day, so picked the red-eye
