I don't have a problem with them sending me an email as long as they offer some incentive for us to contribute constructive feedback for their use. But it seems they do not and therefore I would be very careful as to what you say.
Anyway, TG doesn't have money to do things that CX and SQ are doing so what is the feedback all about. All I am going to tell them is look at CX and SQ and that's what you should be basing your benchmarks upon.
If they offer me free upgrades and miles, I would seriously think about it.

"TG" / "Thai" is not subject of this forum.
"SQ", "SIA" or "Singapore Airlines" is.
Please use the correct forum for your Thai-Airways hate mail.

Your attitude and language has been far from nice and you are targetting particular individual FTers with your ruly comments. If you cannot be civil, please do not post here.
FT can and have ban individuals from ever appearing on FT again. They track you by your IP address.
The main reason for this community is to exchange ideas and compare what we like to do best. TRAVEL. MILES. And make new friends.
And what better example to show for that than this weekend's FT Getogether in Chicago this weekend when over 80 FT members gathered. It was a fantastic weekend and we all had fun. We not necessarily talked about miles, but new friendships were made and old ones rekindered.
Forget about the TG Products Manager. Forget about bad PPS service. Come and meet and make new friends at the next FT event or do, or mileage run!
Okay - to make this post mileage relevant... charge your drinks to Amex and transfer the American Express rewards points to TG Royal Orchid Plus or SQ Krisflyer!

Check this forum. Do you see anything here that spells TG or Thai? This is SQ or SIA or Singapore Airlines. You're not only missing the point, you missed the forum too.
Your knowledge on Aviation is very limited my friend. The two letter codes are IATA airline designator. Brush up your aviation terminology you PPS Club freak.
TG = Thai Airways
SQ = Singapore Airlines
