How do i get it back?
sound & audio devices
under device volume
click place volume icon in the taskbar
press ok
click start
click on run
type sndvol32
press ok
do you get sound volume menu ?
click on c drive icon in my computer
click on windows
click on system 32
click on sndvol32
or it is sndvol only ?
Is sound working on your computer ?
what is your operating system, windows xp
or something else ?
Try right click on taskbar
click properties
At bottom of window
against hide in- active icons, click customize
against volume icon , click hide when inactive
in drop down window
select Always show
press ok.
