How can I improve my diet?

i just finished calculating the amount of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates I had in my yesterday meals (including snacks)
i'm 15 and moderatley active so my total calories should be 2000
from my diet i had 2040
instead of having 55% carbs I had only 50%
instead of having 30% fats I had 35%
and instead of having 15% proteins I had 14%

what foods can I eat that will increase my intake of carbohydrates yet lower the amount of fats I take in as well?

also is my diet pretty good with the excepting of my calories and fats intake being slighty over the recommended amount?
